Objective:

• EVP (Employee Value Proposition) shaping our company's reputation as a desirable workplace through External Employer Branding and Internal Communication & Engagement
• TALENT ACQUISITION & HRBP SUPPORT: identifying and hiring top talent for an organization as well as supporting to provide great quality in implementing HRBP agenda

Key responsibilities:

1. EVP (Employee Value Proposition)

• External Employer Branding

• Develop Employer Branding Strategy including creating a compelling & comprehensive set of key Pillars with clear Intents which are in sync with Company direction, goals & values
• Execute to ensure Consistency & Momentum vs Master Plan via Digital Presence

• Internal Communication & Engagement

• Oversee Attractive & Engaging Communication, Culture & Engagement via channels: Online & Offline

2. Talent Acquisition

• Receive Hiring Needs from functions, aligns with Upper Management to proceed Hiring process & ensure full process implementation in one sync Recruitment system including: Sourcing & Lead Generation, Screening & Onboarding

3. HRBP Support

• Providing HRIS support & Operations both in system at respective in-charge functions
• Be the contact person for requests & concerns from functions
