The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
Job Description:
- Work with Business Development to develop online merchandising and promotion plans to achieve sales targets.
- Produce campaign mechanics / micro-site layout to optimize customer experience and maximize sales potential based on various factors, i.e., analyzing and identifying best-selling SKUs (price points, models, colors, or styles).
- Work with marketing to execute graphics and online marketing plans to drive traffic to the store/campaigns week-on-week.
- Analyze past campaign performance and report on the current campaigns. Maintain a comprehensive library of appropriate data: Deals Tracker, Sales Data, Traffic, Conversion Rate, etc.
- Communicate with various functions to keep track and facilitate teams’ activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line managers.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher; smart and fast learning
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English (Mandarin speaking is a plus)
- Detail-oriented execution, deal with uncertainty, learn fast, and manage projects from end to end.
- Work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Around 1 year of working experience, partnership, ecommerce, or consulting experience are advantages.
