- Own complex SQL analytics: Write complex and high-performance SQL, and build pipelines that power decision-making.
- Lead Commercial & P&L scenario modeling: Simulate Commercial & P&L outcomes, quantify trade-offs, and recommend actions with clear P&L impact.
- Influence stakeholders: Translate data into actionable narratives; drive alignment and decisions across Business Development/Seller teams/Marketing/Finance; facilitate reviews and defend recommendations with evidence.
- Spot and size opportunities: Identify revenue levers, cost optimizations, and operational efficiencies; estimate impact and risks.
- Operate under pressure: Manage competing priorities, deliver to tight timelines, and maintain analytical quality and accuracy.
- Build decision tools: Create dashboards and reports to empower stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Uphold data quality: Define metrics, validate logic, and ensure traceability from raw data to final insights
Yêu cầu công việc:
- 2+ years in Business Intelligence / Analytics with advanced SQL.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Clear communication in English and Vietnamese - able to craft concise memos and present to cross-functional leads.
- Resilience and execution under high pressure with strong prioritization and ownerships
- E-commerce domain knowledge (seller segments, pricing, promotions, ads, logistics costs).
- Experience with Python/R for data wrangling, forecasting, or experiment analysis.
