JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in collaboration/paperwork/operations of all Marketing campaigns and projects including but not limited to contracting, events, Demand Creation, promotion execution, product sample management...
- Assist with administration tasks such as payment invoices, contracts…
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- Freshly graduated or junior/senior students, majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event-organizing,...
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email
- Experience & knowledge in Admin tasks and Event organizing is preferable.
- Have a desire to learn, proactivity, quick-learning ability, and teamwork skill.
- Good at communication skills (both English and Vietnamese).
- Duration: 6 months.
