We're looking for a QA Test Engineer to join our Ho Chi Minh City office. You'll ensure the quality of our web platform through manual testing, test planning, and bug documentation. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented who enjoys finding issues before users do.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute manual test plans for new features

• Test across multiple browsers and devices

• Document bugs clearly with reproduction steps

• Test real-time collaboration features (multi-user editing)

• Verify media uploads, processing, and playback

• Work closely with developers to understand features

• Help establish QA processes and best practices

   

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA/testing experience

• Strong manual testing skills

• Experience writing test cases and test plans

• Good bug documentation skills

• Basic understanding of web technologies

• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Playwright or similar automation tools

• API testing experience (Postman)

• Performance testing knowledge

• Experience testing collaborative/multi-user features

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear)

• Basic programming skills

• Cross-platform: Desktop and mobile browsers

• User Workflows: End-to-end creator experiences
