Job Description
Signage System, Decoration, and Brand Identity
-
Research and propose suitable signage systems in alignment with the Resort’s operations
-
Design and supplement signage and visuals as requested by departments
-
Propose and implement decoration programs to promote the organization’s brand identity
Marketing Planning
-
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans
-
Prepare the annual marketing budget plan
Implementation of Marketing – Event Activities
-
Submit marketing-event plans for approval
-
Execute approved marketing-event plans
-
Act as the focal point to coordinate with related departments
-
Monitor, supervise, and finalize all marketing-event activities
-
Complete payment procedures related to marketing and events, transfer to accounting, and prepare post-event reports
-
Support Marcom (Marketing Communications) activities as directed by the Division
-
Carry out the unit’s event programs
Fanpage and Website Management

Create content and update information and images on the fanpage, website, and other platforms

Interact with customers
-
Collect and report customer feedback to management
-
Update and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns implemented at the unit
