1. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Graduated from college/university with Good to Excellent academic standing in relevant majors;

• From fresh graduates to professionals with up to 5 years of experience (graduated between 2020–2025);

• Intermediate or better English proficiency (depending on position requirements, must be able to communicate and work effectively);

• Candidates with challenging life circumstances and strong motivation to succeed in life;

• Outstanding students with academic achievements or extracurricular awards;

• Willing to relocate and work at various locations nationwide as assigned by the Group;

• Ready to start full-time work from November 2025.

2. RECRUITMENT AREAS

• Culinary (Kitchen, Bartending, Table Service);

• Engineering (Electrical, Water, Mechanical);

• Business – Operations (Secretary/Assistant, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Investor Representation...).

3. TRAINING ROADMAP

• Training to build and strengthen Individual Development Plans (IDP);

• Coaching and mentoring skill development;

• Building/strengthening competency profiles and personalized IDPs;

• Intensive training in 4 core competency groups based on the 70-20-10 learning model and IDPs:

  • Core Competencies

  • Professional Competencies

  • Leadership/Management Competencies

  • General Competencies

• Performance evaluations based on competencies and personal development roadmap;

• Position appointments based on evaluation results.
