About Your Role

  • Accelerate online penetration by building relationship & JBP with Food Aggegrator, than expanding online ASO base on these platforms
  • Responsibility for dedicated area for building combo online capability & online ASO base

What You'll Do

  • Planning:
  • Partnership management: build up & nurture relationship with assigned Platform (1 of 4 Grabfood, Shopeefood, Befood, XanhNgon)
  • Campaign management:
  • Build campaign structure & align calendar with platforms
  • Conceptualize and develop relevant campaigns for thematic and sale events to follow the Brand calendar. The campaign's idea is created with various scenarios such as gamification and shoppertainment (livestream, mukbang,...)
  • Work with Designer & Brand team to prepare KV brief and related campaign assets (app banner, social posts,...).
  • Project management: lead large projects with multiple stakeholders both inside and outside the company without compromising on quality, timing, and budget.
  • Operation:
  • Campaign Operation: cascade campaign information to sales location (TT On, AFH, QSR) for recruiting merchant & post campaign report.
  • ASO management:
  • Data management: tracking ASO list that sell online & having listing SPVB product/combo to food app
  • Communication: manage communicating group
  • Hunting opportunities:
  • Identify new potential customers (hits list) and verify the source of new outlet from food app to propose to AFH Hunting
  • Fostering Food Delivery knowledge to sales offline.
  • Frequently field sales to gain insights from market & propose solutions.
  • Stakeholder management & Reporting:
  • Ensure seamless working process among Sales location, Brand, CD/CM, and Food Aggregators Partners
  • Reporting: collect data, and images,... to make weekly/monthly/campaign reports for post evaluation
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

What's in it for you

  • BA degree in business/economics.
  • Prefer 2+ years experience in FMCG. Need good understanding of FMCG business and experience with Ecommerce business, especially Food Delivery platforms is a plus
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Mail, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with tracking and recording information
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience"
  • Sales capability, especially On-premise channel
  • Good communications, proactive, persuasive, negotiation & ownership
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Be able to work under pressure and willing to travel
