1. Our vision

At AnI, our vision is to become the brain orchestrating innovation and lead the AI-first transition at TCBS.

As a PMO intern, you are the nervous system that ensures this brain functions without interruption. You help turn ambitious strategies into disciplined execution.

2. Your Mission (Our Goal)

You will support the governance and delivery flow of the department. Your goal is to ensure the successful delivery of our projects. You will focus on:

· Execution Excellence: Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and of high quality.

· Transparency: Making data regarding project health visible to all stakeholders.

We offer:

· Real Impact: You won’t just file paperwork. You will see how an enterprise-level AI center operates and delivers value.

· Mentorship: Direct guidance on Agile Project Management

· Environment: A high-speed, data-driven culture that values transparency and results.

3. Key Responsibilities

Your focus is on Process, Tracking, and Optimization:

· Project Tracking & Visibility:

o Monitor the pulse of key projects. Help maintain the department’s Backlog (Jira/Confluence) to ensure accuracy.

o Ensure 80% of projects are delivered according to the agreed success metrics.

· Data-Driven Reporting:

o Apply our “Data Driven” core value to project management. Move away from qualitative status updates to quantitative reporting (Velocity, Burn-down charts, Resource allocation).

· Process Facilitation:

o You don’t just record delays; you help identify why the delay happened (e.g. waiting on Data Engineering.

o Assist in organizing Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) and ensure action items are tracked.

· Stakeholder Connection:

o Act as a junior “Innovation Bridge”, facilitating communication between technical team and business stakeholders to ensure expectations are managed.

4. Who You Are (Core Values & DNA)

· Tech-savvy: You don’t need to code, but you understand the AI/ML lifecycle (Data collection -> Modeling -> Training -> Deploy). You know that training a model isn’t the same as writing a standard code function.

· Empathy: You understand the pressure developers face. You are a helper, not just a “police officer” checking timesheets.

· Leadership: You lead by example in organization and discipline, inspiring the team to adhere to processes not because they have to, but because it helps them win.

4. Requirements

· Second-year, Final-year student or fresh graduate in: Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related fields.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in tools like Excel

· Data-mindset: Ability to use SQL or data visualization tools (PowerBI) is a massive advantage.

· Excellent communication skills.
