2. Your Mission (Our Goal)

You are not here to fetch coffee. You will join us in realizing the strategies of TCBS and AnI by delivering successful products that satisfy three critical pillars:

· Desirability (Customer Value): “Does this product truly solve a problem for users, or is it just a shiny AI feature that no one uses?”

· Viability (Business Impact): “Does this product contribute to company growth, or is it just for fun/portfolio padding?”

· Feasibility (Execution): Turning strategic vision into reality. You act as a bridge to ensure our AI/ML models don’t just “sit on the shelf” but are seamlessly integrated into the customer experience.

3. Key Responsibilities

As an intern, your focus is on Execution and defining the “What”:

· PRD & Backlog Management: Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRD). Manage the product backlog for specific features, ensuring clarity for Dev and Data teams.

· The “Innovation Bridge”: Act as the connector between business units and technical squads. You are not an “order taker”; you are the go-to person when a Squad has a difficult problem that needs solving with AI/ML.

· Delivery Assurance: Monitor progress to ensure features are completed on time, according to design, and meet the agreed scope and quality metrics.

4. Who You Are (Core Values & DNA)

We look for this specific “DNA” in our Product Manager team:

· Business Acumen: You clearly understand the goals of the department and how your product contributes to the company’s success.

· Tech-savvy: You don’t need to be a coding expert, but you must understand the principles of AI/ML to distinguish what is Feasible from what is not.

· Empathy: You deeply understand the “pain points” of your stakeholders (Customers, Business, Dev teams).

· Ownership: You take final responsibility for the success or failure of your product. You do not blame technology or the market.

· Leadership: You inspire others, share knowledge, and align the team toward a common goal.

4. Requirements

· Second-year, Final-year student or fresh graduate in: Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Economics, Finance, or related fields.

· Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

· Big plus: Basic proficiency in SQL or Python for data extraction, or experience applying GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to optimize workflows.

· Passion for Fintech, Stock Markets, or Data Platforms.
