Job Purpose As a Corporate Strategy & Transformation Intern, you will support strategic initiatives and transformation programs that drive business growth, operational excellence, and digital innovation. This role provides hands-on exposure to high-impact projects, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Strategic Analysis & Insights
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking within insurance, fintech, and digital ecosystems
• Analyze internal performance data to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Support development of strategic frameworks, business cases, and presentation materials
• Assist in planning and tracking key transformation initiatives (digital, operational, customer experience)
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments (Product, Sales, Ops, Tech) to ensure project alignment
• Support preparation of reports, dashboards, and progress updates for leadership review
• Prepare high-quality presentations for internal leadership meetings
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights
• Assist in facilitating workshops or working sessions when required

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

• Final-year student in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (data handling, basic analysis)
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in insurance, fintech, or digital transformation is a strong plus
