Eligibility for Participation

1. Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and above living, studying, and working in Vietnam or abroad.

2. Foreign nationals living, studying, and working legally in Vietnam.

3. All participants must have full legal capacity as per current Vietnamese law.

Competition Format and Team Regulations

1. The competition will be conducted in teams. Each team is considered an independent unit, and each individual can only participate in one team.

2. The rounds of the competition will be held online or at specified locations, with prior notification from the Organizing Committee (BTC).

3. Each team will consist of 03 (three) members, regardless of age, profession, or field of work.

4. Other regulations:
   a) Teams must create their own team name (which must not violate public morals, nor cause confusion with existing registered brands).
   b) Each team must appoint one Team Leader to serve as the official representative for all communications and exchanges with the Organizing Committee (BTC).

Ineligible Participants

1. Members of the Steering Committee, Organizing Committee, Judging Board, Expert Team, Question Setting Team, and other directly involved units.

2. Personnel from sponsoring organizations or partners directly involved in the development of the competition content, technical platform, or provision of exclusive data.

3. Individuals who have access to the test questions, data sets, or scoring platforms for any round of the competition before they are publicly released.

Competition Registration Documents
The registration documents consist of two copies containing the following information:

1. Registration Form: One copy with the following details:

   • Team name: Full name

   • Product or solution name: Full name

   • Authors of the project, contact information (phone number, address)

   • Workplaces of the authors (individual details for each member)

   • List of team leader and team members, agreement on each person’s contribution to the project

   • Commitment and signatures of the members.

2. Project/Solution Description:

   • Title of the project or solution

   • Application field of the project/solution

   • Identified issues or limitations of existing solutions and areas for improvement

   • Objective of the project/solution (what issues does it aim to solve? Features, applicability, and implementation plans)

   • The problem the project/solution addresses and its potential as a replacement for existing solutions

   • Scientific and technological novelty and creativity of the project/solution

   • Testing locations, effectiveness, and usage by relevant entities

   • Effectiveness and potential application of the project/solution.

3. Supporting Materials:

   • Diagrams, drawings, tables, illustrations, models, and related equipment.

   • Prototype products, implementation contracts, etc.

   • Comments and evaluations from regulatory agencies, expert bodies, and organizations from Vietnam or abroad (with official stamps).
