Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Commercial Planning & Analysis Support
- Assist the Business Manager and executive teams in preparing materials for annual and quarterly commercial operating plans.
- Support with preliminary financial data gathering and analysis for incoming projects to assess commercial viability.
- Help monitor and compile reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue goal progress.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the database of company service offers and commercial templates.
2. External Relations & Strategic Client Support
- Support Business Managers and Account Managers in the preparation of high-value proposals, including formatting and data input.
- Assist in drafting B2B communication materials, such as strategic presentations and follow-up materials.
- Help compile and analyze client feedback post-project.
3. Project Coordination Assistance
- Support project teams by gathering data to monitor progress, outcomes, and key deliverables.
- Assist project leaders in preparing reports to ensure project execution aligns with overall business strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s program in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business planning, strategy, and media/advertising.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle data.
- Familiarity with Excel and presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken) is preferred.
