Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presale Security professional, located in the Hanoi Capital Region. The Presale Security professional will work closely with clients to understand their security requirements and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, preparing technical proposals and presentations, consulting on security solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive service offerings. The role also requires maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating security requirements and developing effective solutions.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and present tailored proposals professionally.
• Experience in Consulting and Presales to identify client needs and design appropriate security solutions.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, and data center operations is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications or training in cybersecurity, IT, or related fields are advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
