POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a high-caliber UX Writer & Content Designer to join our UI/UX team. Working closely with and supporting the Senior UX Writer, you will be instrumental in defining the linguistic and experiential DNA of our ecosystem across Mobile, Web, and IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment) systems.

In this role, you are a "Design-first" writer. You will craft the English Source content and actively participate in designing user flows and wireframes. Beyond writing, you will orchestrate the Globalization Quality Management (LQM) process, ensuring that as our products scale to international markets (Europe, US, Asia), the experience remains seamless, safe, and culturally resonant—even for languages you may not personally speak.

RESPONSIBILITY

  1. English UX Writing & Design Integration
  • Source Content Creation: Draft and refine precise English microcopy for IVI systems, Mobile Apps, and Web. Ensure all content meets Glanceability standards (readable in < 1.5s) and strict automotive safety guidelines.
  • UX & Flow Design: Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to build Wireframes and User Flows. Use "Content-first" logic to bridge the gap between complex technical features and intuitive user mental models.
  • Systemic Documentation: Contribute to the maintenance of the English Style Guide and Master Glossary, serving as the "Single Source of Truth" for all global localization efforts.
  1. Globalization & Localization Quality Management (LQM)
  • LQA Orchestration: Drive the Localization Quality Assurance process. Provide deep context (screenshots, user flows, and intent notes) to translation agencies to minimize contextual errors.
  • Verification of Unknown Languages: Employ Back-translation techniques (leveraging AI and LLMs) to verify the accuracy of translations in unfamiliar languages against the English source, ensuring technical and safety-critical info is preserved.
  • Global Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with local market teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate cultural nuances, legal compliance, and emotional resonance of localized content.
  1. User Research & Cross-Border Validation
  • Localized Usability Testing: Assist in conducting usability tests with international users. Observe interactions to identify "Text Expansion" issues (UI breaking) or terminology confusion specific to certain regions.
  • Product Audit & QA: Perform rigorous audits on physical simulators and actual vehicle hardware. Ensure every comma, date format, and unit of measurement is localized correctly according to regional standards.
  1. AI-Augmented Workflow & Verification
  • AI Implementation: Utilize Generative AI (LLMs) to accelerate drafting, brainstorm variations for A/B testing, and maintain consistency across large-scale datasets.
  • Fact-Checking & Verification: Establish a strict verification loop for AI-generated output to prevent "hallucinations," ensuring 100% accuracy in technical specifications and safety warnings.

Requirements

  1. Professional Mastery
  • English Proficiency (Global Standard): C1/C2 level (IELTS 7.5 - 8.0+). Exceptional ability to write sharp, concise English microcopy with a native-like global mindset.
  1. Mindset & Cultural Fit
  • Meticulous to a Fault: You have an "obsession" with consistency. Typos, mismatched terminology, or incorrect punctuation on your watch are non-negotiable.
  • Growth Mindset & Proactivity: High "learnability"—ready to dive into AI tools and automotive engineering standards. You take feedback from Senior peers and stakeholders with a hunger for improvement.
  • Speed & Resilience: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced "VinFast-style" environment. You move fast, adapt quickly, and maintain high spirits under tight deadlines.
  1. Experience

No experience required

  1. Key Performance Indicators
  • English Source Clarity: Effectiveness of the primary English copy in reducing user friction.
  • Global UI Consistency: Maintenance of a 0-error rate in terminology across all localized versions.
  • User Task Success Rate: Measurable improvement in user comprehension during international user testing.
