About this role

Support customer service and operational documentation tasks at Starlake Branch.

Responsibilities

• Support customer service tasks, including guiding customers with basic banking procedures, issuing queue numbers, and answering simple inquiries.

• Assist branch operations, such as document sorting, data entry, printing/scanning forms, and preparing daily transaction files.

• Coordinate with tellers and RM, helping check application completeness, update customer information, and follow up simple requests.

General requirements

• Final-year VinUni students (all relevant majors depending on the position)

• Full-time availability: Monday to Friday

• Ability to arrange internship duration according to each department’s needs

• Internship allowance: 5,000,000 VND/month

• Duration: 3–6 months (expected start: late December 2025)
