Role Description
- Support the development of mid- and long-term corporate strategies and business plans
- Conduct market and industry analysis, including competitor research, to generate insights
- Participate in management discussions and prepare decision-support reports
- Assist in planning and evaluating new business initiatives, investments, and partnerships
- Analyze business performance, manage key metrics, and propose improvements
- Draft internal strategy documents, presentations, and management reports
Key Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred majors: Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance)
Experience:
- Relevant experience in strategic planning, corporate planning, or consulting required
- Experience in market research, data analysis, and business plan development preferred
- Experience in multinational companies or the finance/fintech industry preferred
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
- Proficiency in Korean (oral and written communication required)
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills (proficient in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong teamwork, communication, and execution capabilities
