TCX (The CrownX) – the holding company of WinCommerce and Masan Consumer under Masan Group – is looking for 1 high-caliber full-time intern to join a strategic retail market entry project. Preferably onboard asap - after Tet/early March. 

Who we’re looking for:
- 3rd or 4th year university student
- Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with numbers
- Solid data handling skills (Excel proficiency required)
- Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented
- Able to commit full-time for at least 6–9 months (project continuity is critical)

Scope of work:

You will support a live retail market entry project, with exposure across:
- Market research & pricing surveys
- Consumer studies & insights generation
- Commercial planning
- Branding & positioning
- Distribution network setup
What you’ll gain:
