What You‘ll Do

• Provide high-quality, creative, and analytical customer support for online shops operated by major Japanese national clients — going beyond copy-paste templates to deliver real consulting-level assistance.
• Design and execute flexible customer operations tailored to diverse product categories and customer wants.
• Proactively respond to frequent changes in platform policies and optimize support flows accordingly through self-driven analysis.
• Collect and report relevant information such as product details, competitor CS strategies, and platform operational updates to help improve support strategy.
• Continuously improve performance with a strong focus on key KPIs: Response Rate and Conversion Rate from Chat.

Who You Are

• A recognized University Degree
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills in customer interaction scenarios.
• Ability to proactively gather and synthesize information and design optimal customer support operations.
• Native-level Vietnamese and business-level English communication skills
• Self-driven attitude with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce operations (including internships or part-time roles)
• Experience in creating manuals, improving FAQs, or driving operational improvements
• Market research or customer insight analysis experience
• Interest in the Japanese market or national brand operations
