TikTok – E-Commerce Project Intern (FMCG – Chinese Brands Team, Vietnam)

About the Team
The TikTok Shop Vietnam FMCG Chinese Brands team is committed to supporting Chinese sellers and brands in expanding their presence within the Vietnamese market. The team’s mission is to provide a curated selection of high-quality products that meet the diverse needs of local consumers.
Team members come from a variety of backgrounds and bring strong experience in social commerce and FMCG sectors — including food, health and beauty, and home supplies. This diverse, fast-moving environment offers excellent opportunities for growth and professional development.
Responsibilities

Assist in the acquisition and onboarding of potential online merchants.

Manage seller accounts by providing education, campaign updates, problem-solving support, and operational coordination.

Communicate with sellers to ensure their needs are understood and addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Support onboarding processes, including education, troubleshooting, and campaign monitoring.

Perform administrative tasks and assist with issue resolution as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled as a university student

Fluent in both Chinese and Vietnamese (business-level speaking required)

Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn about social commerce

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Preferred Qualification

Prior e-commerce experience, especially on the brand side
