TikTok – E-Commerce Project Intern

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly discrepancy weight checks with logistics providers to ensure accurate and timely chargeable weight release.

• Investigate and resolve logistics fraud cases by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Support daily logistics operations, including internal escalations and stakeholder inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Actively enrolled university student

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take initiative

• Strong communication and alignment-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduating in 2026 or later, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
