• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or higher (Master's or PhD) at a university in Vietnam, in the penultimate or final year of study
• Majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain, Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial / Hardware Engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Automation, Robotics, Chemistry, Material Science)
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent academic record, or relevant awards, achievements, or research and project experience
• Foundational skills in data analysis and AI tools to analyze data, build models, or automate tasks
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and make structured decisions
• Global, open, and growth mindset, with curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively in a global, multinational environment
