Purpose of the Role

Join our Marketing Excellence & Commercial Academy team to gain hands-on experience in shaping marketing and launch strategies. You will support key initiatives that drive brand success and capability building across the organization. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and innovative marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities

Launch Excellence

  • Assist in preparing and coordinating launch capability development activities for cross-functional teams (CFTs)
  • Support the rollout and monitoring of the Vietnam Launch Excellence framework
  • Track progress, prepare reports for senior leaders, and identify best practices from global and local market.

Marketing Capabilities

  • Contribute to building and executing marketing capability development plans
  • Assist in designing and formatting engaging training materials for marketing programs

Strategic Planning

  • Support the rollout of BSP templates and coordinate annual brand strategic planning processes
  • Ensure smooth communication and approval workflows across brands

Internal Communication

  • Collaborate with trainers to develop internal communication plans
  • Create impactful content in multiple formats (emails, social media posts, newsletters, presentations)
  • Drive engagement among cross-functional teams for new launches and capability-building activities

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
  • Final-year student available for a full-time 6-month internship
  • Interest or experience in brand strategy, marketing, or launch projects

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create communication materials in diverse formats (email, social media, newsletters, presentations)
  • High proficiency in AI tools is a strong advantage
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions
