WHAT IS SONY FRESH MINDS PROGRAM 2026?

The Sony Fresh Minds Program invites young and dynamic graduates to join Sony’s workforce, where fresh ideas and creativity are nurtured through a shared journey of growth and success.

Successful candidates will participate in a 12-month mentorship program starting from April 2026, designed to develop essential career skills in areas such as retailing, marketing, sales, and other business functions at Sony Electronics Vietnam.

SELECTION PROCESS

• Round 1: Application

• Round 2: Online Test

• Round 3: HR Interview

• Round 4: Assessment Center

• Round 5: Panel Interview (Case Study & Presentation)

• Onboarding: April 2026

Working location: 93 Nguyen Du, Saigon Ward, HCMC

Working time: 9:00 AM - 6:15 PM, Monday-Friday

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

1. Education Background

• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of work experience.

• GPA above 7.5/10 or 3.0/4.0.

• Major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, English, Accounting, Finance or related fields.

• Good command of English.

2. Essential Skills & Personal Attributes

• High self-awareness.

• Ability to adapt quickly and work under high pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Have a progressive and innovative mindset with a willingness to take on challenges and strive for excellence.

• Passionate about consumer electronics industry is a plus.
