Job Description:

1. Retention strategy & User growth

  • Behavioral deep-dives: Deep-dive into cohorts to understand retention, drop-offs, and friction points. Go beyond surface-level metrics to understand the motivations, anxieties, and psychological drivers behind user behavior
  • Growth opportunity sizing: Translate data insights into clear growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
  • Experimentation: Define hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and synthesize learnings to scale what works.

2. Communication & Promotion planning

  • Planning: Develop integrated communication and promotion plans aligned with user lifecycle stages, focusing on retention, repeat usage, and habit formation.
  • Messaging strategy: Define clear value propositions, usage scenarios, benefits, and behavioral nudges tailored to different user segments.

3. Excellent execution (Making growth happen)

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with ecosystem teams (Bills, Telco, Entertainment, Ride-hailing, etc.) and internal stakeholders to operationalize growth initiatives.
  • Touchpoint ownership: Own & enhance the in-app traffic via internal touchpoints (banners, notifications, messages, user flows, etc.).
  • End-to-end campaign operations: Handle campaign setup, launch, and day-to-day execution to ensure smooth delivery.

4. Performance monitoring & post-campaign analysis

  • Performance monitoring: Track campaign effectiveness, channel efficiency, and key growth metrics against defined objectives.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor promotional budget usage to ensure efficiency and control.
  • Post-campaign analysis: Conduct post-mortems to extract insights, identify optimization opportunities, and feed learnings back into future planning and experimentation.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the Growth / Marketing field
  • A self-starter who’s comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong data analysis skills with a focus on actionable insights
  • A natural empathy for users and the ability to truly understand their needs
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Good sense of creative art direction & copywriting experience will be a plus.
