Job Description:
DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: Business Development team is responsible for developing business opportunities across all Savills business lines.
MULTIPLE TASKS INCLUDE:
- Identify and approach new projects, potential clients, and developers to provide recommendations, by Department and to the Board of Directors.
- Present and promote Savills services to potential clients/ developers.
INTERNS' DUTIES:
- Update Business Development database.
- Search for new sites and projects via internet research and site visits.
- Search and identify contact points of potential clients.
- Clean and format data according to predefined templates and standards.
- Set up meetings and prepare materials for department-organized events.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Final-year students or recent graduates
- Detail-oriented, dynamic, and commercially minded individuals
- Good grades and active extracurriculars are an advantage
- Preferably from backgrounds in business, economics - though applicants from all disciplines are welcome
- Proficient in English
- Able to intern fulltime (4 months)
Working location: Savills Office, 21/F, West Tower, Lotte Center, 54 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
Working time: Monday to Friday.
