LEASING CONSULTANT - COMMERCIAL LEASING
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to secure successful commercial leasing transactions on behalf of corporate tenants and/or landlords. You must be able to understand tenant requirements and find suitable solutions for their needs. You must be able to conduct a full range of services such as finding suitable occupiers, conducting research, networking, marketing, and concluding sales.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Proactively seeking new clients and business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
- Do several sales calls, site inspections a day and familiar with all networking events
- Actively managing lease transactions and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Serving as a bridge between clients (including senior executives like CEOs, COOs, and CFOs) and landlords, providing expert advice on lease transactions.

Package:
- Salary: Basic salary with commission on revenue. Review at Year 1 performance review.
