Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell FPT Digital’s digital transformation services.
- Collaborate with consulting experts and specialized solution teams during the sales process and project implementation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing any concerns and providing solutions promptly.
- Prepare regular business reports on client account performance and recommend strategies to enhance growth.
- Continuously stay updated on FPT Digital’s new products, services, and market trends to provide strategic insights to clients.
Requirements:
- Graduated from university in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales B2B, or client relationship roles, preferably in the IT and digital transformation sectors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English communication skills are an advantage.
