Business Analyst Intern

Position Overview

• • We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support project teams in understanding business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • This position is suitable for candidates who want to develop a career in Business Analysis, Product Management, or IT Consulting and gain hands-on experience working on real software development projects.

Key  Responsibilities

• Business's Requirement Analysis

• Support Business Analysts in collecting and clarifying business requirements from clients and project stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and project meetings.
• Analyze business processes and help identify user needs, pain points, and potential improvements.
• Support the translation of business requirements into clear functional requirements for development teams.

• Documentation

• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as:
• Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
• Functional Requirements / Software Requirements Specifications
• User Stories
• Acceptance Criteria
• Use Cases
• Business Process Flows
• Update requirement documents when project scope or requirements change.
• Support preparation of meeting minutes and requirement clarification notes.
  

• Project Collaboration

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and UI/UX Designers.
• Support clarification of requirements during development and testing phases.
• Assist QA teams in understanding expected system behaviors and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in product demonstrations, UAT preparation, and requirement validation when required.

• Research s Analysis

• Conduct basic market, competitor, user, or domain research to support project requirements.
• Support data collection and analysis for business or product-related decisions.
• Assist the project team in identifying potential requirement gaps, inconsistencies, or risks.

• Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in:
• Information Systems
• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Business Administration
• Economics
• Finance
• or related fields.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and structure information clearly.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Basic understanding of software development processes is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English is preferred.

• Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar collaboration tools.
  

• Basic understanding of UML, BPMN, flowcharts, or wireframes.
• Previous participation in university software projects, internships, case competitions, or product development activities.
