Quality Control Intern

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

You will learn how software testing actually works inside a delivery team. In five weeks, you will go from reading a requirement to writing your own test cases, running them and reporting the defects you find - with a mentor beside you the whole way. This is a short, intensive placement, so the scope is deliberately focused: one feature area, done properly.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Must have

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business/Data Analytics or a related field.
• English at working level: you can read a specification, write a defect report that someone else understands, and take part in daily meetings.
• Careful and detail-oriented — you notice when something looks slightly wrong.
• A logical thinker who asks clarifying questions instead of assuming.
• Comfortable following a defined process, and willing to raise a problem early rather than late.
• Available full-time onsite in Hanoi for the entire internship period.

Nice to have (not required)

• Basic SQL (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN).
• Any exposure to a bug-tracking or test management tool (Jira, Backlog, Redmine, TestRail or similar).
• A university course or project that involved software testing or quality assurance.
• Interest in a specific domain such as finance, e-commerce, healthcare or logistics.

No professional testing experience is required. If you are curious, careful and willing to learn, we will train you from the basics.
