We’re looking for an enthusiastic Multimedia Design Intern to join our Brand team. You’ll

help create graphics, video, and motion content for web, social media, marketing campaigns,

and other digital channels, while learning directly from experienced designers. This is a great

opportunity to build a solid design foundation, sharpen your skills on real projects, and grow

in an international environment serving US/European, ANZ audiences.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Design banners, social media graphics, infographics, and presentations together with

senior designers, marketers, and content writers; final output is approved by a senior

designer.

Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube,

TikTok, Instagram, and the website.

Assist senior designers in video production: simple animations, cutting, subtitles, and

basic motion graphics.

Join brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and design

concepts.

Learn and apply brand guidelines to keep visual style and messaging consistent.

Handle requests directly with marketers and content writers, such as basic image

editing for digital and print materials.

Research design trends and US/European visual aesthetics to keep improving your

work.

Use AI tools to speed up routine work, such as background removal, auto-subtitles,

and early concept exploration. Always validate AI outputs against our brand

guidelines and their briefs.

Report work status to your senior designer daily, keep your assignments on the agreed

timeline, and raise blockers early.

Manage and archive files safely, plus other tasks upon request.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Fine Arts.

Portfolio showing solid design fundamentals in layout, typography, and color.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and basic familiarity with Premiere Pro

and After Effects (or similar video and motion tools).

Good aesthetic sense and strong attention to detail.

Strong willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and a growth mindset.

Interest in applying US/European visual and aesthetic tastes in your work.

Basic command of English for understanding briefs, feedback, and references.

Able to work with designers, marketers, and content writers, and to plan your own

assignments so you meet agreed deadlines.

Comfortable using AI tools to speed up design and video work, and able to judge when

the result is good enough to use.

Ability to work full-time at the office for a minimum of 3 months.

Enthusiastic, well organized, proactive, and responsible.

BENEFITS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Monthly internship allowance;

Dedicated mentorship with a clear learning and development plan;

Hands-on experience on real projects for global brands in US/EU and ANZ markets;

Opportunity to become a full-time employee after the internship based on performance;

Professional, flexible & dynamic working environment with colleagues of different

nationalities that is open-minded, creative, supportive, friendly, and encouraging;

Bright working space with modern facilities including the newest software;

Sports & cultural activities all year round for both physical & mental health;

NICEF - our own Charity program where our employees raise funds and help people

with difficulties in Vietnam.
