Job Description:

Coordinate and monitor online sales operations across the company’s website and e-commerce marketplaces.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and collaborate with relevant teams (Design, Development, Digital Marketing, Category Management, QA, Accounting, etc.) to resolve operational issues related to promotions, pricing, payment gateways, and customer complaints/feedback.
• Implement promotional campaigns, partnership initiatives, and new operational processes/policies.
• Propose and execute solutions to optimize operational processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Participate in the implementation and operation of E-commerce and digital transformation projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Information Technology, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with the ability to consolidate, track, analyze, and report data effectively.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions.
• Ability to work under pressure while ensuring operational quality and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in E-commerce, Technology, Digital/Communications, or Retail is a plus.
