What You’ll Do
- Execute critical projects across areas such as game operations, player experience, marketing and so on
- Work under the mentorship of senior leaders, with project goals and scopes directly crafted by the Country Head & Product Management Leaders
- Handle end-to-end execution: from planning and coordination to problem solving and performance tracking
- Rotate across functions – with each project being designed to be long enough for you to create real impact
- Take ownership of measurable outcomes, often tied to real business results, from revenue-driving campaigns to product feature rollouts
- Learn the inner workings of the gaming business by taking part in the actual running of it
- Receive dedicated coaching and frequent performance feedbacks to accelerate your development
Job Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of full-time experience
- Strong academic background from top-tier universities in Vietnam or abroad
- Exceptional logical and structured thinking; comfortable working with data and breaking down complex problems
- Clear and confident communicator, with the ability to work well in teams
- Proactive and gritty – you’re not afraid of hard work or starting from the ground up
- Deep passion for games – you understand game mechanics and enjoy discussing strategy with fellow players
- A builder’s mindset – you don’t just enjoy games, you want to shape how others experience them
