Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and Associate, Key Account Management - Expansion to join our team in Vietnam. You will manage and expand relationships with our important accounts, creating growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.


The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and strengthen client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance analyses to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals to secure long-term partnerships
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in CRM systems
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and team members
  • Exceed assigned sales targets
  • Be an primary contact for assigned main accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in account management
  • Proven experience in meeting sales targets
  • Demonstrated negotiation
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
