Job Description

• Receive product and service requirements for IT
• Perform business analysis, clarify requirements, and align with stakeholders
• Develop analysis documents, specify requirements, and model business processes
• Participate in supervising the testing process to ensure the IT system meets the defined requirements and quality standards.

Job requirements

• Graduate from accredited universities, either domestic or international
• Major: Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications, Accounting, Finance, Banking
• At least 1 year of experience in business analysis at Banks, Financial Institutions, Corporations, or IT Companies
• Preference for candidates with project management experience
• General knowledge of banking and in-depth understanding of banking operations
• Familiarity with/experience in banking operations. Experience working with T24, Kondor, Way4 systems is an advantage
• Advantageous if the candidate has experience working with Agile methodologies.
