We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst Expert to join our dynamic team at GSM Global. As a Business Analyst Expert, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making within the company. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a fast-paced ride-hailing start-up in Vietnam & SEA
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from various sources to identify key business trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the ride-hailing industry
- Assist in the development of business strategies, product roadmaps, and operational plans based on data-driven insights
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management on business performance and trends
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to address specific business challenges or opportunities
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the ride-hailing and transportation sectors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the technology or transportation industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages.
