At Heineken Vietnam, we’re looking for an A-player Sales Executive who grows revenue, builds strategic partnerships, and secures brand priority for Heineken Vietnam across Event Venues and Area Restaurant Chains, while flexibly supporting additional Modern On Trade initiatives.

 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth across assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, active relationships with key Event Venues and Restaurant Chains.
  • Win and onboard new strategic accounts effectively.
  • Expand revenue within existing accounts through deeper collaboration and portfolio penetration.
  • Retain key accounts through proactive relationship and performance management.
  • Deliver accurate and reliable sales forecasts.

 

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Strategic Selling – Understands Event Venue and Restaurant Chain business models; sells long-term solutions, not price.
  • Relationship Building – Builds trusted relationships with Owners, GMs, F&B Directors.
  • Commercial & Negotiation Skills – Secures win-win agreements that balance volume, margin, and brand priority.
  • Sense of Urgency – Drives execution, follows through, and moves opportunities forward quickly.
  • Data-driven Execution – Manages pipeline and forecasts using facts, not intuition.
  • Ownership Mindset – Treats assigned scope as a mini-business with end-to-end accountability.
  • Coachable – Open to feedback and continuously improves performance.
  • Collaborative – Works effectively with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, or related fields
