About the job

As a Bank Partnership Business Development Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with banks and financial institutions to strengthen relationships, support business growth, and help manage the day-to-day operational tasks required to manage projects to be on tract and delivered excellently. This role is perfect for someone with great communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and an eagerness to develop a career in business development within the fintech sector.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen Relationships with Bank & Financial Institutions: Assist in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with banks & partners, help foster long-term collaboration.
  • Support Business Development: Help identify new partnership opportunities with banks & partners, supporting to prepare professional proposal to partners
  • Communication & Coordination: Play an important role in communicating & coordinating with our partners and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow across all parties involved.
  • Support in Project Management & Handle Operational Tasks: Address day-to-day challenges in partnership operations, collaborating with cross teams such as product, marketing, legal, finance, accounting, operation, tech teams, etc. as well as our partners to find solutions and keep initiatives on track, enthusiastically involving in project-timeline & performance management and ensuring that all arising issues are well handled
  • Market Insights: Assist in analyzing trends in the e-payment and banking sectors, identifying areas for new opportunities and improvements in our partnership strategy.
  • Reporting & Administration: Support in preparing reports, tracking partnership metrics, and maintaining organized documentation related to bank & partner collaborations.
  • Others: other arising tasks upon on company strategy by periods

 

Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills: You should be comfortable in communicating with cross-functional teams as well as with external bank partners clearly and professionally
  • An eager & fast learner: A genuine interest in business development, partnership building and a desire to grow within the e-payment/fintech industry & have ability of fast learning
  • Attention to Details: Capable of managing operational tasks and ensuring that all aspects of partnerships are executed accurately.
  • Team Player: Able to work well with others, collaborating effectively within a team to meet goals and drive success.
  • Minimal Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in Business Development/ Partnerships/ Project Management role. Having knowledge in Fintech/ Banking/Digital Wallet/ Product owner is an advantage.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business/ Banking/ Finance. Any additional training in fintech or e-payment is a plus.
