- Business & Content Skills: Hands-on training in event management, business process, PR coordination, stakeholder and VIP support, logistics and content execution.

- Exclusive Access: Involvement across multiple stages of an iconic production in real time, with real responsibility.
- Flexibility: Full time and part time options to fit top candidates’ availability
- Optional in-person experience, subject to availability and self-funded travel:
- At the beginning: 2 weeks in Hanoi for training in May 2026.
- At the end: 2 weeks in Europe for a JMA summer show in August 2026.
