Job Description Your key responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support the creation of requirement documents such as BRD, SRS, and user stories.
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
- Assist in translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Participate in requirement review sessions, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups (Agile/Scrum).
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios, coordinating with users, and tracking feedback.
- Assist in analyzing system processes and proposing improvements.
- Help create process flows, wireframes, or mockups (if applicable).
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Leader/Manager.
Qualifications General requirements:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with less than one (01) year of experience.
- Strong academic background with a GPA of 7.5+ (Please attach transcripts when submitting your CV).
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency (both written and verbal).
- Minimum 3-month internship experience in Business Analysis, Software Development, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Technical requirements:
- Good understanding of Business Analysis concepts and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of requirement documentation (BRD, SRS, user stories, use cases).
- Understanding of system workflows, business processes, and data flow.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar task/document management tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis is required.
- Ability to create diagrams such as flowcharts, BPMN, or wireframes (using tools like Draw.io, Figma, etc.) is a plus.
- Understanding of APIs, system integration, or software architecture is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience through university projects, case studies, or internships related to Business Analysis is preferred.
