Now we’re looking for Sales Operation Intern to bring your talent to Noventiq Vietnam (Hanoi Office). You’ll be a part of our Sales Operation team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and negotiating contract terms with customers.
- Monitor contract progress and performance.
- Prepare all necessary documentation and monitor correspondence throughout the contract implementation.
- Assist in document management and storage.
- Support Sales Operations Team with other administrative tasks assigned by Manager.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Final year students and freshers are welcome. No experience needed.
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility, professionalism, agility, and enthusiasm.
- Demonstrate strong initiative and adaptability.
