Job Description Support team in all activities of learning and development activities, including:
- Primary task: Support Learning Guilds in purchasing learning logistics and merchandises
- Perform organizing tasks for training sessions, including but not limited to, book calendar, arrange room, handle attendance and collect feedback in Learning Management System, input data, create reports,...
- Handle L&D internal services and programs as internship management, training payment process,…
- Other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- For 3rd/4th year students or fresh graduates, minimum part-time/full-time 6-month internship commitment in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
- Having interests and passion for HR, especially Learning and Development
- Having experience in Learning and Development is a plus
- Having good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Have full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email
- Being customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
- Having experience in organizing training and/or virtual training tools as Zoom is a plus
