Description
- Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics (ADR, OCC, RevPAR) through daily and monthly reports.
- Control and optimize room capacity, paid occupancy rate, and ARR.
- Ensure accurate and continuously updated revenue forecasts based on system data, booking trends, and events.
- Adjust pricing strategies, manage distribution channels, and group quotations to maximize revenue.
- Manage OTA channels, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Reservations, Sales, and Front Office departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
- Degree in Tourism / Hotel Management or related field.
- Experience in revenue from 6 months to 1 year (internship or job) completed by a reception/reservation experience.
- Strong attention to detail in data analysis.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Willing to travel to Ba Vi for meetings and site visits (company provides shuttle bus).
- Working in Sales Office, Duong Dinh Nghe, Cau Giay.
