What You Will Do

1. Fact-based problem solving

  • Decode the Data: Manage and organize customer operations journey data. Your goal is to turn raw numbers into undeniable logic.
  • Identify friction: rigorous analysis and daily transactions to pinpoint exactly where and why users are failing.
  • Ad-Hoc intelligence: Support leadership with rapid, fact-based analysis to answer urgent business questions.

2. The Obligation to dissent

  • Challenge assumptions: We do not want "yes." If the data contradicts a leader’s opinion, we expect you to have the courage to speak up and present the facts.
  • Advocate for the user: Act as the "Voice of the Customer" in cross-functional meetings with Product and Engineering. Use your data to fight for a better user experience.

3. Cross-functional impact

  • Bridge the gap: Work seamlessly with everyone from frontline support agents to head of department. You must translate "customer pain" into "business logic."
  • Process innovation: Spot inefficiencies in how we serve customers and propose innovative, scalable solutions.

 

What You Will Need

1. High intellectual capacity

  • Outstanding Academic Background: Minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0 or 8.0/10.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines.

2. Analytical & Logical

  • Data-Driven: You trust facts over feelings. You are proficient in spreadsheet functions and eager to master data visualization.
  • Problem Solver: You enjoy breaking down complex problems into solvable component parts.

3. Character & Mindset

  • Courageous: You are not afraid of conflict if it leads to the truth. You are willing to debate ideas based on evidence.
  • Committed: You are looking for a career, not a gig. You have the ambition to grow into a leadership role within the organization.
