Responsibilities

Global Business Solutions (GBS) is responsible for the commercialization of global products led by TikTok. We provide integrated digital marketing solutions for global brands and advertisers, covering functions such as regional sales, sales operations, channel management, commercial strategy, B2B marketing, marketing science, commercial partnerships, and commercial content safety.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities

Act as a support agency function, partnering closely with internal Sales and cross-functional teams to support agencies’ growth, account stability, and long-term partnerships across multiple industries in Vietnam.

Support end-to-end agency support operations across the client lifecycle, including but not limited to research, data and basic analytics, presentation and materials preparation, agency onboarding, basic campaign setup support, and daily performance monitoring to ensure smooth execution and timely follow-ups.

Ads policy and compliance support: Monitor advertising activities to ensure compliance with TikTok advertising policies and best practices; proactively flag risks, coordinate with internal teams, and support agencies in resolving policy-related issues.

Agency one-pager and solution support: Identify agencies’ business challenges and growth bottlenecks; support building scalable one-pagers, solution frameworks, and go-to-market approaches to unlock new opportunities.

Internal coordination and project support: Coordinate internal stakeholders, track action items, and support execution of agency-related initiatives, pilots, and programs to ensure on-time delivery.

Operational and administrative support: Support agency-facing activities by coordinating logistics, preparing meeting materials, drafting meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions after internal or external meetings.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, Communication, Economics, or a related field.

Advanced English is a must, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, agency-driven environment.
