• System & App Support
• Reconcile and validate KPI incentive reports for the Sales team across GT/MT channels.
• Support tracking and resolving issues related to program data and reporting
• Support the operation and tracking of the retailer app system.
• Respond to hotline inquiries and support the Sales team with app/system-related issues.
• Verify customer information and support account creation for the Sales team.
• Merchandising & Display Execution
• Evaluate and score merchandising/display contest photos based on program guidelines.
• Follow up and track POSM and activation execution in GT/MT channels.
• Vendor & Cross-functional Coordination
• Work closely with vendors to support and resolve issues for the Sales team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support performance tracking for the Sales team.

Requirements

• Final-year students or fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields. Work in office at least 3 days per week
• Good Excel, PPT skills; basic knowledge of reporting and data analysis is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow up tasks effectively.
• Good communication and collaboration.
• Experience in Sales Support or Trade Marketing is a plus.
