JOB IN SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive TA Intern to join our ofi Vietnam Talent Acquisition team. This role will primarily support recruitment operations and data management while gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support recruitment operations including job postings, CV sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of candidate data, recruitment status, and documentation within systems
  • Assist in data entry, reporting, and system updates for upcoming projects
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment activities and team coordination
  • Contribute to talent pipeline initiatives and employer branding activities
  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager

 

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethics and eagerness to learn are a must.
