IT Operations Specialist in HO CHI MINH CITY, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam | Information Technology at Procter & Gamble

This role reports to the Country IT Lead & will be part of a multi-functional team working with Sales and Commercial teams in local/regional markets.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Oversee IT operational excellence for Sales-related systems and solutions, including Sales Force Automation (SFA)/ERP integration, and reporting platforms.

  • Lead scalable IT Systems projects in the market, liaising with internal teams, external partners, and strategic vendors, ensuring fit-for-use solutions and high usage adoption

  • Manage and enhance Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and strong user engagement through coordination with sales and operations teams.

  • Design and build dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI, working closely with stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver impactful visual analytics. Optimize data models and datasets for performance and scalability.

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using scripts, Power Automate, and other tools to streamline repetitive processes, boost efficiency, and reduce manual effort.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and monitor workflow performance.

  • Manage IT Applications operations and ensure compliance with Application Governance processes.

  • Multi-functional/end-users training initiatives, including the creation of standard process documentation and knowledge sharing to support ongoing capability development.

     

 

 

Job Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 2+ years of working experience in big corporations

  • Good understanding of Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems.

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.

  • Proficient in SQL and database management (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL).

  • Experience in business process automation (e.g., using Power Automate, scripting).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

     

 

Preferred Coursework/Experience

  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.

  • Understanding of IT architecture principles and components

  • Understanding of IT Service Operations Management and continuous improvement

  • Understanding of Big Data environments (Microsoft Azure) and management of Big Data tools (Spark, Databricks, Jupyter)

  • Experience in leading and managing Projects

  • Knowledge of Stewardship, Privacy and Information security
