These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

 

 

1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the material in MS Power Point and Word following guidance from the project team.
  • Participate in internal or client meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather relevant information, prepare meeting minutes, and facilitate translation during discussions.
  • Track and manage project tasks, meeting schedules, and documentation timelines.
  • To be onsite at the client to support the other project tasks.
  • Review and translate the documents.
 
2. Key Requirements:
Language Skills:
  • Basic knowledge about banking, finance, IT, software implementation.
  • Good English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Candidates with IELTS certification or equivalent are preferred.
 
3. Major:
  • Majoring in Finance & Banking, IT, or related fields. Relevant certifications are a plus.
 
4. Technical Skills:
  • Strong skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 
5. Soft Skills:
  • Good critical thinking. 
  • Effective time management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Teamwork and proactive working attitude.
