As a Talent Management Intern, you will support the execution of talent development initiatives within the firm. You will work closely with the Talent Management Manager and various stakeholders to ensure the effective deployment and measurement of development programs that align with the firm’s strategic goals.
Talent Management Operation (60%)
- Support the end-to-end operational delivery of MYVN talent development programmes, including programme administration, stakeholder coordination, training logistics, communications, vendor management, and participant engagement activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain talent programme’s data tracking, and reporting dashboards, ensure accurate records, timely reporting, and actionable insights to monitor programme effectiveness and support decision-making.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across talent initiatives, streamlining processes, enhancing participant experience, and ensuring programme delivery aligns with business priorities and evolving talent development needs.
Projects Management, Reporting & HC Supports (40%)
- Assist HC Director in implementing HR initiatives and projects throughout the year, including consolidating datas, preparing briefing materials for management and project meetings, and creating communications and presentations.
- Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement activities and events of HC & firmwide.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills & project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident and proactive with the ability to be innovative and drive things forward.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both oral and written).
- Relevant experience in Human Resources and/or talent management, learning and development will be an advantage.
